Global Player and Leader Development

We value the growth and individuality of each person and nurture them along their journey based on a long-term perspective so that all juniors can reach their full potential.

Yuuiku Club

Nurturing children's zest for life through play

The space, time, and companionship for play is something that children have lost in recent years. We protect children's right to play by providing all three. Through exercise in play, children learn the 36 movements said to be necessary for children and acquire a sense of movement that is the basis for their coordination. Another feature of this play is that it allows children to develop feelings of happiness and compassion with their peers. As the saying goes, "To play is to live," and play is the best medium for children to develop their zest for life. At Yuuiku Club, our motto is "everyone takes the lead," and we aim to help children realize their full potential and make their after-school time valuable.

Player Development Program

Nurture children who aspire to be athletes in the future

TTC provides total support from junior to professional athletes based on the philosophy of "developing world-class athletes and leaders," one of our four basic policies. TTC takes a longterm view of 10 years of training as a single period of time in order to develop students into "good Japanese citizens" and "fine international people" who are able to communicate with the world.

10,000 hours

It is said that one becomes a first-rate player in his/her field after working on it for about 10,000 hours.
We believe that 10,000 hours is the amount of time needed to master tennis and truly understand tennis as a tennis player. TTC's junior player development program, "Level Up - Futures," takes a long-term perspective, considering 10 years as a single period of time.

PLAYERS

This program is designed to improve athletic ability with the goal of surpassing the 100th place in the world rankings. The program is open to athletes ranked within the top 500 men and top 300 women in the world rankings, or athletes who are recognized as having potential.

TRANSIT

The purpose of this program is to develop players in the transitional period to professional. Players who have placed high in national junior competitions in Japan or have a high ITF junior ranking are eligible for this program.

TRAINING-BASE

This program is for players with the goal of joining the Players and Transit Programs.

FUTURES

The goal of this program is to produce top players in Japan and to develop players who can compete internationally.
We also aim to help them grow into "good Japanese citizens" and "respectable international players".

LEVEL UP

Students will learn tactics and techniques through games and rallies. By setting special guidelines, we aim to develop tactical thinking and master the necessary skills.

TTC Junior Program

- Journey -

Game Based Approach

It is a gateway to the competitive stage, and the main purpose of the practice is to focus on "learning basic skills and building a base for competitive tennis". The program is also integrated with fitness to build up the physical abilities of the tennis player and to support the development of future competitive abilities.

Junior development based on sports medicine

TTC has a fitness specialist to support the junior program and conducts annual fitness tests for all juniors belonging to TTC. We also offer "Wakuwaku Exercise Class," an athletic skill development program for younger children.
